Sessions are usually held weekly, on the same day and time and last for 50 minutes.
Sessions can be in-person (in my counselling room in Stotfold, Bedfordshire) or online via Zoom or telephone. We can discuss a hybrid way of working together if this is best for you.
The first counselling session will include an initial assessment to decide if I am the right Counsellor for you and how we can work together. We would think about your reasons for counselling, some of your life experiences, and what you hope to gain from counselling.
In ongoing sessions, you will be encouraged to talk about what is on your mind. We will work together to explore your experiences, difficulties, thoughts, feelings and situation.
